Spring Clean-Up April 29th
The bulk pick-up for Greater Round Rock West Neighborhood will be next Saturday. You can start putting your things out on the curb for up to a week ahead. Below is an itemized list of what can and CANNOT be put out for bulk pick-up, or for more information please visit the city website at:
Non-Freon Appliances (accepted daily at Recycling Center)
Furniture
Scrap metal
Lumber (4ft length or smaller and all nails, staples, brads, etc. removed)
Mattresses
Non-Freon appliances such as washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers and hot water heaters can be placed curbside during Spring Clean-Up, however they are not recycled. These can be recycled at the City’s Recycling Center during normal business hours.
Freon appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioner units or other appliances that at one time contained Freon, are not accepted curbside. The following companies offer Freon appliance recycling services:

Chemicals (accepted at HHW Collection Events)

Garbage and Recycling
Our curbside Garbage and Recycling pickup is typically Monday.
Holiday? There is no collection on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Collection will occur the following day and be pushed back one day for the remainder of that week.
Outdoor Watering
Round Rock entered Stage 1 Drought Restrictions on June 29, 2022.
Outdoor watering is allowed before noon or after 7 p.m. on your designated watering days.
